General Provisions

These Terms of Use regulate the relationship between you and our organization when using our services. By using our services, you accept and agree to these terms.

Our Services

• Website development - creation and design of web pages for business
• Technical support - maintenance and corrections of ready projects

Each project is implemented with an individual approach, taking into account the specifics and requirements of your business.

Acceptance and Implementation of Orders

• Order acceptance: Project work begins after agreement with the customer and signing of a contract.
• Implementation timelines: The completion timelines for each project are set individually depending on the volume and complexity. We commit to maintaining the timelines set by the contract.
• Customer responsibilities: For successful project implementation, the customer is obliged to provide necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner.

Payment Procedure

• Advance payment: An advance payment is required to start project work, the amount of which is set by the selected service package and stated in the contract.
• Final payment: The remaining amount of the project is paid after the completion of work and customer approval.
• Payment methods: Payments are made by bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Technical Support and Corrections

• Free corrections - for up to 3 months (depending on the selected package)
• Free corrections include elimination of technical errors, failures, and minor adjustments
• Adding new functions or significant changes are considered additional work and are subject to separate agreement

Hosting and Domain

• Hosting provision: If the customer already has hosting, work is performed on the provided platform. Otherwise, we can offer hosting solutions.
• Domain: Domain registration and management can be performed by both the customer and us, depending on the agreement.

Copyright and Ownership

• Copyright: The copyright of the project design, code, and content belongs to our organization.
• Usage rights: After full payment of the project, the customer receives an indefinite right to use the created product for their business purposes.
• Restrictions: The customer has no right to sell, transfer, or provide the created materials to third parties without our written permission, present the created product as their own development, or use our code or design for other projects.
• Portfolio: We have the right to use the implemented projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Limitation of Liability

• For incorrect or impermissible content provided by the customer
• For problems arising from third-party services (hosting, domain)
• For consequences of unauthorized changes made to the website by the customer

Confidentiality

We commit to not disclosing the customer's business information and project details to third parties, except in cases defined by law.

Termination of the Contract

• By the customer: The customer can terminate the contract at any time, but the advance payment for work already performed is not subject to refund.
• By us: We have the right to terminate cooperation if the customer does not fulfill payment obligations, provides illegal or impermissible content, or violates these terms.

Prohibited Content

• With illegal activity
• With violation of copyright or other rights
• With offensive, hate-promoting, or discriminatory content

Dispute Resolution

Disputes that have arisen are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is resolved in the manner defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
